We are an established concrete coating company looking for another hard-working, dependable team member to join our installation crew in Simi Valley and surrounding areas.
We specialize in professional garage floor and concrete coating installations, including diamond grinding, epoxy, polyaspartic coatings, decorative flake systems, and concrete preparation.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Shows up on time and is dependable
* Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Works well as part of a team
* Is comfortable with physical, hands-on work
* Can lift equipment and materials and work on their feet
* Pays attention to details and takes pride in their work
* Has reliable transportation
* Is willing to learn our installation process
Concrete coating, painting, construction, flooring, or similar experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
This is a hands-on position for someone who wants to work, learn, contribute to the crew, and potentially grow with the company.
