We are seeking for reliable, compassionate, and dependable Home Care Aide to join our Team. This position is for individuals who are committed to providing high-quality, one-on-one care, and in home care services.
POSITION DETAILS
• One-on-one private care
• Clear expectations before starting an assignment
• All shifts available
• 24/7 support from our team
REQUIREMENTS
• 1 Yr. Minimum Caregiving experience required
• Must be dependable and professional (no last-minute call-outs or no-shows)
• Valid ID or Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a background check
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Hoyer lift experience is a strong plus
• Experience working with bed-bound clients (higher pay available)
• Comfortable assisting with bathing, grooming, and mobility
PAY
• $20-$25 per hour
• Higher pay available depending on client, assignment, experience, and care needs.
