The plates are in very good condition the 1970 Validation year sticker is in very good condition.
They comply with the year of manufacture program (YOM). For Classic cars.
The California DMV issued the letter "B" in 1970 correct for a 1970 Passenger vehicle car. (No Trucks) These are not truck plates. It is Ok to use them on a Blazer, Bronco or VW Bus.
The DMV will issue the proper month sticker when registering.
The License plates are DMV Clear (The DMV has no record they are not in the DMV system). I will provide the required DMV form.
