First months rent , security ($ 800.00), work verification, references, BACKGROUND: and credit, criminal, eviction , landlord check at your cost, if you decide you want to live here. Approx $50.00. Monthly agreement. All of us have lived together for at least 6 years.
We split electric ;The owner of the house pays the first $150.00- then split the remainder. anywhere from $ 25 - 100 ( peak summer)
We run AC at 78-799 in the summer ; and we all like it chilled in the winter. If you like it warm in winter /cold in summer ; this is not your home. We keep energy costs as affordable as possible.
*Light kitchen privileges- and you rent a room, bathroom and not the whole house.
