Ideally, I’d love a small private ADU, backyard cottage, or guesthouse near the ocean, preferably with an ocean or harbor view.
My budget is limited, but I’m happy to help with watering plants, occasional pet sitting, house sitting, and friendly companionship in exchange for a reasonable reduction in rent.
I’m looking for a peaceful, long-term arrangement for these four months, with clear expectations and my own private living space.
