Wildfire Roof Sprinklers — Southern California
We're growing fast & you'll work directly with our President—real ownership, real impact, protecting homes from wildfire. No red tape.
Southern California doesn't wait for permission to burn — and neither do we. Wildfire Roof Sprinklers designs and installs custom, professionally engineered rooftop sprinkler systems that give homes a real fighting chance against wind-blown embers, the number one cause of home ignition in wildfires. From the hills of Pasadena to the canyons of Orange County and the high-risk zones of the Wildland-Urban Interface, we're the team homeowners call when "hope for the best" isn't good enough.
We're not a franchise and we're not a fly-by-night crew. We're local experts who know the fire codes, the terrain, and the stakes — building systems that are custom-designed, low-profile, earthquake-resistant, and built to disappear into a home's architecture while standing ready to fight when it matters most.
We're growing fast across Southern California, and we move with urgency because the risk is real and the season never really ends.
We need a Personal/Executive Assistant who doesn't wait to be told what to do — someone who sees what needs to happen and just handles it. One day you're negotiating vendor pricing, the next you're onboarding a new hire, the next you're tracking down a check across town. If that sounds chaotic, good. That's the job.
This isn't a "sit and wait for instructions" role. This is for someone who takes the ball and runs — who owns it when it goes right, owns it when it goes wrong, and doesn't need their hand held either way.
Responsibilities include, but definitely aren't limited to:
We're not looking for someone timid. We want someone who takes responsibility, owns the wins and the losses, and isn't afraid to hold people accountable. We're a growing company — and for the right person, you'll grow right along with us. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, this is your shot.
Typically 9–5, but not always. Flexibility is part of the deal — and it goes both ways. Sometimes we need you early, late, or off-hours. In return, we give that flexibility back when you need it too.
This isn't a job where you file into a cubicle and disappear into a spreadsheet until 5pm. Wildfire Roof Sprinklers is growing right now, fast, and that means real responsibility lands on you early — not after five years of "paying your dues."
You'll work directly with the President, not three layers removed from decisions. What you do matters and it shows up immediately — in the vendor deal you negotiated, the client who finally paid because you followed up, the new hire who felt taken care of on day one because you ran onboarding right. No red tape. No bureaucracy. Just real work, real trust, and real impact.
And the mission isn't fluff — we protect people's homes from wildfire. Every system we install, every client we take care of, every vendor relationship you help manage feeds into something that actually matters when it counts.
If you're the kind of person who gets bored sitting still, who wants ownership instead of a task list, and who wants to grow as fast as the company around you — this is where you belong.
