Duties include: checking IDs, regulating crowds, and securing the safety of the patrons, staff, and venue. Experience with conflict resolution and good communication skills is vital. Doormen will play a leading role in creating an enjoyable experience for patrons and therefore must have an outgoing and confident personality.
Qualifications:
-Must have good communications skills oral and written (in English)
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must be dependable and trustworthy
-Must be able to diffuse altercations
-Must have the ability to demonstrate a pleasant demeanor at all times
-Must maintain composure and remain tactful in difficult or stressful situations
-Must be 21+ years old
-Must be able to stand for 4+ hours
-No smoking tobacco while working
