We are looking for a part-time Manager to join our friendly family-owned bar & grill. The role involves overseeing operations on 3 Saturday nights a month, with flexibility for other days/evenings.
As Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring top-quality food and service in both the dining and kitchen areas. You'll also play a key role in maintaining health and safety standards, conducting staff evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in hospitality or restaurant management, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of POS systems and a flexible schedule are also important.
