1969 Chevy 350 small block with the desirable 3970010 “010” block. This is a 2-bolt main.
I had the pan off for inspection found a couple pistons need replaced but not a biggy most people would swap all of those anyway. Crankshaft journals look great, It does have a snapped off dipstick tube that needs to be drilled out once its torn down (simple and easy). The cylinders look nice and pulled the center main cap which showed crank looks nice. so I’m selling this as a easy rebuildable core simply needs refreshing to be ready or its a good core to send back if you bought a reman short block as well. Engine reassembled for storage/transport, comes as short block for $450 including oil pan, timing cover.
I also have a set of 487X heads and 4 barrel intake for $200 more that need to be freshened up. Will sell the heads/ intake package separately or make a deal if someone wants the engine and heads together.
Good starting point for someone looking to build a small-block Chevy.
