Affordable Basement Waterproofing is hiring an experienced Appointment Setter / Inbound Call Specialist for our Odenton, Maryland office.
**MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE HANDLING INCOMING CALLS AND BOOKING APPOINTMENTS.**
We are an established basement waterproofing and foundation repair company seeking a reliable, professional individual who knows how to qualify incoming leads and schedule appointments for our inspectors and project managers.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Answer incoming calls from homeowners requesting estimates.
* Qualify leads and schedule inspections.
* Obtain accurate customer information and property details.
* Coordinate appointment schedules with our inspectors.
* Follow up with customers to confirm appointments.
* Maintain accurate lead and appointment records.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Minimum 2 years of appointment-setting experience.
* Experience handling incoming sales and service calls.
* Must be familiar with Washington, D.C., Baltimore, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.
* Strong telephone and communication skills.
* Ability to turn incoming inquiries into qualified appointments.
* Home improvement or home services experience preferred.
* Reliable, organized, and professional.
**COMPENSATION:**
$15.00 per hour PLUS $50 BONUS for every completed sale generated from your scheduled appointments.
