My background in enterprise transformation and operational program management has centered on creating structure, accountability, and measurable performance in complex environments. I have extensive experience establishing KPIs and OKRs, strengthening program governance, managing risk, improving reporting, and partnering across Stakeholder groups to align service delivery with organizational goals. At Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, I improved assessment and internal controls processes affecting more than 70% of business operations, while advancing workflow automation, dashboard reporting, and operational readiness. That experience aligns well with monitoring SLAs, supporting vendor accountability, maintaining documentation, and using systems and reporting to drive corrective action and better outcomes.
In addition, while leading a Salesforce transformation at the California Department of Social Services, I replaced a 40-year-old legacy system, automated manual workflows, and improved access and customer experience for diverse users, including rural and homebound clients. That work reflects the same disciplined, service-oriented approach needed to manage Engineering-Product Programs, respond to Stakeholder needs, oversee performance and financial metrics, and continuously improve service delivery across a portfolio.
