My beloved dishwashing job went away when Mazama Brewing closed and I'd really like to find something similar while I wait for my retirement to kick in around the end of the year. I have a valid food handler's card. Totally willing to fill in callout shifts on short notice, and amenable to light prep work if needed. I have great references from the owner and head chef at Mazama. I'm 66 years old, competent and capable, gardener, birder, gamer, paratrooper, dad and granddad. And this last dishwashing job was truly one of the best in my 50 working years!
