To swap studio size guest house/small cottage/living space for Caretaker Services. With a small salary of $1,000.00 a month. Somewhere in the San Fernando Valley Hills.
My current Landlord sold his two story "15 unit" commercial building a few months back.
I was the Care Taker and assistant building manager there for 5 years. I did everything.
In return for my services, he let me live there and also operate my part time photo/video and photo editing business there.
It's just me. I don't drink. Smoke, or do drugs. I have a good head on my shoulders. Have many skills, good common sense, great at fixing things, Great Problem Solver. Communicate well with others. If I can't fix it, I can hire the right people who can. Very tidy and keep things organized. And can work from 10 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday. Off on the weekend. Some place in the back, secure and private. Looking to move there on Dec. or Jan 1st. 2027
