Smart, Energetic and Creative Senior Caretaker with 165 IQ seeks a nice property owner/landlord/landlady with a large mansion.
To swap Studio guest house/small cottage/living space for Caretaker Services. With a small salary of $1,000.00 a month.
Somewhere in the Hollywood Hills. Will work 40 hrs a week.
My current Landlord sold his two story "15 unit" commercial building in the Valley a few months back.
I was the Care Taker and assistant building manager there for 5 years. I did everything.
In return for my services, he let me live there and also operate my part time photo/video and photo editing business there.
It's just me. I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs. I have a good head on my shoulders. Have many skills, good common sense, great at fixing things, Great Problem Solver. Communicate well with others. If I can't fix it, I can hire the right people who can. Very tidy and keep things organized. And can work from 10 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday. Off on the weekend. On call 24/5 for emergencies. Some place in the back, secure & private. Looking to move there on Dec, or Jan 1st. 2027
