Seeking Veterinary Assistant / Vet Tech on the Job Training Opportunity
Hello, I'm looking to make a career change. I'm a dependable, fast learning, problem solving individual seeking an entry-level opportunity in veterinary medicine. I'm currently a wedding coordinator who runs the hotels front office.
I would love the opportunity to learn on the job. I’m unlicensed and looking for a practice willing to train someone who is committed to learning and going back to school. Over the years I have applied many times at the shelters but not having on the job experience has prevented me from entering the field.
My current experience with animals has been fostering, volunteering at the shelters and dog sitting, as well as being a life long dog/cat owner.
Available weekends, with potential for weekend availability.
