Seeking Small Office / Voice Studio / Creative Space in Culver City Area
SEEKING WORKSPACE ONLY - NOT RESIDENTIAL HOUSING
I’m looking for a small, private office, studio, or creative space in the Culver City area for my voice practice. I work with clients one-on-one during daytime hours, Monday–Friday. Sessions are generally quiet but may include occasional singing and vocal projection.
Ideally, I’m looking for approximately 300 sq. ft. (flexible), with:
Good natural light
Quiet setting
Easy parking
Restroom access
I’m open to a traditional office as well as a private studio/creative space or other unique professional space.
