Seeking Property Stewardship Arrangement/Estate Caregiver

I’m open to bringing my own RV or tiny home, renting or purchasing a tiny home through a rent\-to\-own arrangement, or moving into a private guest cottage, modern A\-frame, or detached living space provided by the property owner\.
Ideally, I’m looking for a mutually beneficial arrangement with someone who owns acreage, an orchard, a garden, or a small homestead and would appreciate having a reliable, respectful person living on the property\.
I can offer a dependable on\-site presence, general property awareness, occasional house\-sitting, checking on the property while owners travel, and light garden, orchard, or animal\-related care\.
I’m not looking for a conventional full\-time farm or ranch job\. My preference is a low\-maintenance arrangement with clearly defined responsibilities, privacy, and the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful rural lifestyle\.
Ideally, accommodation would include utilities and, if appropriate, a modest monthly stipend or mutually agreed compensation\.
I’m particularly drawn to modern, clean, private living spaces with their own entrance, kitchen, and bathroom\.
