I have been fixing up clients houses for 30 years.
Thoughtfully fixing up historic homes all over the Portland area. Like the shoe cobbler whose kids don't have shoes, I have never owned my own home.
If you have a home you want to pass on or someone has left you a home that you don't want, and you would consider passing it on to me I would do my utmost to treat it with respect and care and make it last another hundred years.
I'm not seeking real estate advice or anything of that sort. Instead I am looking for a possible opportunity that may lay out there in our magical universe.
