My name is Satya. I'm looking for a cottage or other stand alone rental where I could hook up an ethernet computer connection (no Wifi). I'd like to live in a beautiful rural area, with hiking and ocean nearby. Gas stove and heat would be best, also laundry on site. Easy access by car.

I'm a quiet senior, healthy and happy - nonpolitical - a good communicator, responsible - with excellent references. I'm financially secure with steady monthly income - always pay rent on time. No drinking, smoking, or drugs of any kind. No pets, although I love all animals. I enjoy reading, hiking, walks by the ocean, writing. I'm interested in natural health and gardening.

I've been renting a studio in Soquel for the past 4 years in a beautiful rural area. I'm worried though, about the development happening in Santa Cruz and feeling it's time to leave this area.

I've spent a lot of time hiking and visiting Half Moon Bay/Pescadero/San Gregoria and love the natural areas, especially the beaches. Looking forward to see what comes my way.
