Seeking a 4-5 summer sublet for June-September 2027 (richmond / seacliff)

I have been renting an apartment from June through September in the Richmond District for the past 7 years. This summer the apartment was no longer available due to a family member moving in. The landlord offered me their home for a few months while they traveled so I am in San Francisco now. I would like to find a sublet or short term rental in the Richmond District while I am in the city. If you are planning to travel in the summer of 2027 and would like to sublet your place out please contact me so we can discuss and possibly meet!
I am a mature female artist living in Southern California Palm Springs area. I have worked in art education for many years and recently retired. I am respectful and responsible, with excellent credit and reference. I lived in SF for 25 years and I have many friends here. I come to SF in the summer to escape the heat, visit friends and work on small projects.
I am open to a share space situation. I would love a private bathroom if possible.
I would love to set something up for next summer while I am still here!
