I have a very sturdy hitch extender by 1-UP that allows you to clear the spare tire when using a hitch-mounted bike rack or other accessory on your Jeep Wrangler TJ or other vehicle with a rear-mounted spare tire. It is threaded to accept the locking, anti-rattle bolt that holds it firmly in place. Includes two keys. Installs with a 3/4" wrench. Asking $40.
