Missing screws and Oxford cloth (which is the bottom) and a transparent top cover. So it only has the poles, sides, and wheels! I don’t know what you can do with it - but someone handy can maybe figure something out? It’s brand new, I don’t know what happened to the parts, it was retrieved from a job.
