We are seeking quiet tenant(s) for this 1BR granny unit on a 5 acre scenic and gated property. I live on the premises in the main house half the week and spend the other half in San Francisco. Ideally, we could find someone who lives a quiet lifestyle as this is our special "retreat" from city life. Just about 1.5 miles to Main St., it is close to everything and yet so private. There are a few other tenants living in separate rental abodes on the property, mostly early to mid retirement ages. The granny unit has its own washer dryer, and a large scenic outdoor deck. We are seeking persons with a low key lifestyle as we maintain the ambience here of a park-like environment. A pet may be allowed on a case by case basis.
