Residential | Commercial | Multifamily | Additions + Remodels
With over 25 years of architectural design experience in the San Francisco Bay Area, I offer creative, practical, and thoughtful design solutions for projects of all scales - from small residential additions and remodels to large multifamily developments and commercial projects.
My work focuses on maximizing the beauty, functionality, and potential of a space while working within the realities of a project's budget, site constraints, and regulatory requirements.
I have extensive experience collaborating with homeowners, developers, planners, building departments, engineers, and contractors to navigate the design and construction process and bring projects to successful completion.
Services and Areas of Expertise:
Residential additions, remodels, ADUs, and new homes
Multifamily housing and commercial development
Architectural design, planning, and permitting
Building code compliance and code enforcement resolution
Sustainable design and resource-efficient building strategies
Creative problem-solving for challenging sites and complex projects
Coordination with engineers, contractors, and building departments
I particularly enjoy projects that require inventive solutions - finding opportunities within constraints and achieving good design through a thoughtful balance of aesthetics, functionality, and cost.
I welcome projects of any scale, from modest improvements to complex developments, and would be happy to discuss your ideas, challenges, and goals to explore how I can bring value to your project.
