Walk-score=90: this is one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Seattle. The walk score of most of the other locations in CL is only 30-60. This is a dream location for working people. Everything is nearby and so most errands can be accomplished on foot.
The garage is only for storage or a light workshop. A utility sink with hot/cold water, security cameras, and a night light are available on site.
The garage has 120 V power. No 220 V power is available. It is fully insulated so not very hot in the summer and not very cold in the winter. It is not for living inside the garage. Not for heavy or noisy workshops.
No drugs (including weeds/marijuana), no heavy drinking, no pets, please. A credit background/income check is required before moving.
Only 1-2 min driving from Asian markets, Safeway, QFC, Target, 24hr Fitness, Chase, Bank Of America, Starbucks, Staples, USPS, UPS, and Marshall in Westwood Village. Excellent location for buses to SSCC/Downtown/Burien.
First-month and last-month payments are required, and a $500 refundable Deposit. Last month's rent can be split and paid within 2 months, depending on the tenant's credit and employment status.
Rent: $300 for half the garage or $550 for the 2-car garage space. $450 for 3/4 of the whole garage (I keep my garden tools there at the corner)
No drugs (any type, including marijuana), no heavy drinking. No pets, sorry. Smoking outside.
