A recent series of unfortunate events have left me without a current resume'. However, I do have references, and would love to come stage for a few shifts to see how well we fit together. Looking for scratch kitchens. No cuisine is outside my wheel house, though have the most experience with pizza Italian and Mediterranean, burgers and fried chicken. Southeast Asian and Korean fusion, Hispanic and Latin. I have my own tools of the trade and required attire in most cases. If you are looking for someone experienced, with a great attitude, and the willingness to go the extra distance, you found him.
