We are seeking reliable Production Workers to join our team at our warehouse facility in Schertz. We need focused individuals to assist with the assembly and packaging of specialty food products.
Job Duties
Manual Assembly: Assembling and packing food product kits
Packaging & Prep: Labeling, sealing, counting, and organizing inventory
General Production: Perform manual production tasks with attention to detail
Safety & Cleanliness: Follow food-safety protocols and maintain an organized workspace
Requirements:
Speed & Efficiency: Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality
Dependability: Punctual and consistent—we need workers who show up for every scheduled shift
Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for the entire shift and working efficiently with your hands
Ability to follow directions and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude

Sourboy Foods makes pickles and candy for sale online and in stores.
Hours: 20–40 hours per week (8:00 AM – 3:30 PM shifts)
Pay: $15.00 per hour (Weekly pay)
Location: Schertz, TX
