We are looking for a professional subcontractor crew specializing in standing seam metal roofing, with the potential for additional projects.
### Project Scope
- Residential standing seam metal roof installation
- Experience with snap-lock and mechanically seamed systems
- Installation of panels, flashing, valleys, hips, ridges, and roof penetrations
- Custom metal fabrication and trim work
- Proper waterproofing, fastening, and thermal expansion details
- Ability to follow manufacturer specifications and installation requirements
### Requirements
- Proven experience installing standing seam metal roofs
- Own tools, equipment, and transportation
- Experience with metal brakes, seamers, and specialty roofing tools
- General liability and workers' compensation insurance
- OSHA-compliant safety practices
