We are a growing restoration company looking for a motivated, responsible, and experienced leader to oversee all departments and manage the day-to-day operations of the company.
We are looking for someone who knows how to lead people, keep things organized, solve problems, and make sure things get done. You must be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and be comfortable taking charge and holding people accountable.
The general manager will oversee all departments, work with department managers and employees, monitor daily operations, and make sure everyone is working together toward the company's goals. We need someone who can manage people, make decisions, handle challenges, and help the company continue to grow.
We are willing to train the right person. Restoration or construction experience is a plus, but not required. What matters most is that you are a strong leader, motivated, organized, dependable, and willing to learn.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Saturday, with Sundays off.
