**Experienced Siding Subcontractors Wanted – Immediate Work Available**
Phoenix Exteriors, an established residential roofing, siding, and exterior remodeling contractor serving Chicagoland since 2007, is seeking **experienced James Hardie fiber cement siding subcontractor crews** for residential projects throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
We are looking for professional, reliable crews with extensive experience installing James Hardie siding, aluminum fascia, soffits, window wraps, and vinyl siding.
**This opportunity is for experienced, fully equipped siding crews, not general laborers.**
### Scope of Work
- James Hardie fiber cement lap siding, board and batten, and trim installation
- Hardie soffit and fascia installation
- Aluminum fascia fabrication and installation
- Aluminum window and door wrapping using a metal brake
- Vinyl siding installation, including traditional lap and specialty profiles
- Vinyl and aluminum soffit installation
- Housewrap, flashing, moisture barriers, and proper waterproofing
- Window and door trim, J-channel, corner posts, and finishing details
- Removal and replacement of existing siding and exterior trim
### Crew Requirements
- **Extensive experience installing James Hardie products is mandatory**
- Thorough knowledge of current James Hardie installation instructions, including fastening, clearances, flashing, and moisture management
- Ability to follow manufacturer installation requirements for vinyl siding systems
- Experience fabricating aluminum fascia and custom window wraps
- Own metal brakes, siding tools, ladders, scaffolding, and transportation
- General liability and workers' compensation insurance
- OSHA-compliant safety practices
- Ability to read project specifications and work independently
- Excellent workmanship, attention to detail, and jobsite cleanliness
- References and photographs of completed Hardie siding projects
