As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an exceptional Sous Chef with strong expertise in Asian cuisine who is excited to grow into a Head Chef leadership role.

📍 Location: Sausalito, CA
🕖 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

About the Role
You will work directly with the owner and Executive Chef. You’ll oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, help lead our culinary team, and manage a primary line cook and prep cook while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency. As the company grows, this position has the opportunity to evolve into a Head Chef role.
What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience in Asian cuisines, including Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Malaysian, and Singaporean
• Experience in high-volume catering or production kitchens preferred
• Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
• Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
• Passion for healthy, high-quality food and attention to detail
• Authorized to work in the United States
Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily kitchen production for corporate catering and events
• Ensure consistency, food quality, and food safety
• Supervise, train, and support the kitchen team
• Assist with menu development, recipe testing, and production planning
• Maintain an organized, efficient, and positive kitchen environment
• Help build systems as we continue to grow
