I own/operate a well established moving company based in Marin County. I/we are seeking a strong able bodied individual age 28-40 to provide heavy lifting, load transfer runs, and other physical assistance. Must be able to easily lift 80 lbs, have good spacial sense and endurance for long days. And most importantly, have experience driving a 26' Box truck with care and precision!!!The work is great, it's on-call and sporadic. Each job is paid out to you upon job closure. It's a great addition/compliment to your other interests. It's not full-time. This gig is ideal for an athletic type. You must maintain a neat appearance, positive attitude and be a team player. This work happens on random days throughout the month, so please be able to work any day Monday - Sunday. (We don't hire weekend-only-workers). Job alerts happen via text messages and you must confirm immediately 1-2 hours max. Delayed responses to jobs means you lose your position. No-show on a work day = fired. Our clients depend on you once you commit to that given job. Please have a reliable mode of transportation to and from job sites and our work shop base which is Sausalito. (Bus only users will not work). The crew has to arrive on time in remote areas on various occasions. Please respond to this ad asap for an in-person interview. The pay rate is $30 per hour + tips. Thank You~!
