Art’s Tree Service is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced tree worker to join our team in Sarasota.
We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants a long-term career with a growing company.
Schedule and Pay
* Monday through Friday, approximately 50 hours per week, with many weeks exceeding 50 hours
* Gross weekly earnings of $1,155–$1,925 for a 50-hour week
* Base pay of $21–$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
* Overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours
* Actual weekly earnings depend on hours worked, with additional earnings for weeks exceeding 50 hours
* Must be available for early starts and extended workdays
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of tree industry experience
* Valid driver’s license
* Reliable transportation, excellent attendance, and punctuality
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Able to work safely in a physically demanding outdoor environment
Preferred Qualifications
* CDL (Commercial Driver’s License)
* Experience operating bucket trucks, grapple trucks, mini skid steers, stump grinders, loaders, and other tree equipment
* Tree climbing experience
* ISA Certified Arborist certification
