Duties
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and repairing walls, ceilings, and other structures to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
• Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and specialty coatings using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools.
• Perform construction painting tasks on new builds or renovation sites, including interior and exterior surfaces of residential properties.
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials, safely handling hazardous substances or industrial coatings when necessary.
Requirements
• Experience in residential painting, commercial painting, or construction painting with a solid understanding of hand tools and power tools.
• Must provide own transportation
