We're not looking for temporary help or subcontractors. We're looking for skilled painters who want to show up, put in an honest day's work, and build a long-term future with a solid company.
WHAT WE OFFER
Full-time, year-round employment (40 hours per week)
Competitive hourly pay based on experience and ability
Weekly pay – W-2 employee, not 1099

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You must have at least 5 years of professional painting experience.
You should be comfortable with:
Interior and exterior residential painting
Cutting clean lines, brushing, and rolling
Spraying with airless equipment
Proper surface preparation, patching, sanding, and caulking
Masking and protecting surrounding surfaces
Producing clean, high-quality finishes
Working independently and as part of a crew
