Cute and very private Studio at the back of my house. Private side entrance and nice shaded backyard space. Lighted walkway to your door. Main room is 350 Sq Feet and 2nd patio room is 100 Square feet. Murphy bed, couch, Kitchen table and chairs, closet, electric fireplace for ambiance, electric heater, window air conditioner, Fire TV with YoutubeTV. Full bath with shower and deep tub. Kitchen has everything you need except a dish washer. Apt size refrigerator, all the pots and pans, stove, coffee maker, blender, air fryer, small crock pot. 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed for 2nd adult with a full size bed at the bottom of the bunk. The bunkbed room is not insulated and does get hot during the summer and cold in the winter. The air conditioner is only in the main unit. It may not be available from for the month of July 2027 (Negotiable). Leave a message about why you are interested in this unit and why you would be a good tenant. Price could go up if heating or air is used a lot or if you need to use the 2nd patio room. 1-2 person is ideal. I prefer 1 person and price can go down if it is just one person. All utilities included. Sorry no pets. PS I have not raised my rates in 5 years. Available to see Oct 24-26th. Text me.
