Lazy Boy set sofa and large chair with mahogany feet and grommets on arms.
Clean and in excellent condition
Light beige/taupe color which makes it easy to match any room.
There are NO rips, NO stains, NO smells. Comes from a smoke free and pet free home
Has been lightly cleaned with a Bissell machine for added cleanliness. A light fabric guard has been sprayed throughout as well.
The material is a polyurethane texture so it can make the material look darker or lighter. It is not a stain if it looks darker. Please see last two attached photos as an example where i lightly brushed my fingers through the middle so as to show you how it can appear darker.
**Chair does NOT recline but you can add a foot ottoman for comfort.
