No gutter installation experience required. We provide hands-on training.
Once installers learn the system and become efficient, our installers typically earn approximately $1,000-$2,000 per week, depending on workload, availability, production, job size, and speed.
This is production-based pay - NOT hourly pay.
You are paid based on the footage you install, with higher rates for taller homes.
On busy days, productive installers may complete multiple jobs in one day.
Work volume varies by season and location, so daily work is not guaranteed. Installers who are reliable, efficient, communicate well, and consistently complete quality work are positioned to receive more available work.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will travel directly to residential job sites and install gutter protection systems.
Typical responsibilities include:
● Pick up provided job materials
● Travel to assigned residential job sites
● Clean and prepare existing gutters
● Seal gutters/downspouts as required
● Install gutter protection systems
● Work safely from ladders and rooftops
● Maintain a clean job site
● Complete installations professionally and efficiently
● Communicate with the office/install manager
● Complete required job documentation
NO EXPERIENCE? THAT'S OKAY
We are willing to train the right person.
We are looking for people who are:
● Reliable
● Motivated
● Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
● Mechanically inclined
● Able to follow instructions
● Professional with customers
● Able to work independently
● Interested in earning based on production rather than sitting on an hourly clock
Construction, roofing, gutter, handyman, solar, satellite, cable, fencing, window, HVAC, or other field-service experience is a plus - but not required.
YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE - NO CARS
You must have your own:
● Pickup truck
● Work van
● OR large SUV capable of safely carrying your equipment and ladders
Ladder racks are acceptable
Your vehicle must be dependable and capable of transporting your required tools and ladders.
REQUIRED BEFORE TRAINING
You are responsible for providing your own tools and equipment.
You must have the required equipment before your training/start date.
Required equipment includes:
● 26' adjustable ladder
● 32'+ extension ladder
● Universal ladder stabilizer
● Tool belt
● Impact drill
● 6" long 1/4" magnetic nut driver
● Cordless angle grinder
● 4-1/2" metal cutting disks
● Straight aviation snips
● Caulk gun
● 25' tape measure
● Utility knife
● 5-in-1 painter's tool
● Hammer
● Pencil/Sharpie
● Water-resistant gloves
● 5-gallon bucket
● Towels
● Trash bags
● Basic installation tools

EXPERIENCED GUTTER INSTALLERS - READ THIS
