Beer Sales Representative — Cooperage Brewing Company
Full-Time | Santa Rosa, CA | $20–$24/hour + $18/BBL Commission
Cooperage Brewing Company is looking for a full-time Beer Sales Representative to join our team.
We’re an independently owned Santa Rosa brewery founded in 2015, and we’re looking for someone energetic, organized, dependable, and excited about representing Cooperage in the market.
This is a field sales position working with both on-premise and off-premise accounts. You’ll manage an established territory while also developing new business and building relationships with bars, restaurants, bottle shops, grocery stores, and other accounts.
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow an established sales territory
Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts
Open new accounts and identify new sales opportunities
Visit accounts regularly and maintain consistent follow-up
Monitor inventory and beer freshness
Merchandise Cooperage products
Educate account staff about our beers
Participate in tastings, festivals, tap takeovers, promotions, and other events
Provide regular sales updates to the Sales Manager
What We’re Looking For
Sales experience preferred
Beer, beverage, hospitality, or CPG experience is a plus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
Valid driver’s license, current insurance, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation
Ability to lift and move cases of beer weighing up to 55 lbs and safely maneuver kegs when necessary
Availability for occasional evening and weekend events
A genuine interest in beer and the Cooperage brand
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $20–$24/hour + $18 commission per BBL sold
