-Managing employees FOH and BOH
-Cash handling
-Securing the building
-Email Management
-Logistics and catering oversight/Reservation management
-Inventory control and reordering
-Invoices matching and reconciliation
-Staff recruitment and hiring
-Staff training and standards enforcement
-Leadership and team optimization
-Regulatory compliance and safety management
-POS System proficiency
