I have a leftover 5 gallon pail of this APOC 241 white elastomeric coating goop for roofs that's FREE. It's got about 3 gallons left in it. It's pretty new, not all dried out and gross. I'm done with the project I bought it for and didn't use it all and now it's just in the way and I'm tripping over it in the garage. Come and get it.
