This is more than a front desk position. We are looking for someone who represents our brand with professionalism, elegance, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist clients with a warm, professional attitude.
* Manage garment intake and pickup.
* Schedule fittings and maintain appointments.
* Answer calls, emails, and client inquiries.
* Process invoices and payments.
* Maintain an organized, polished front-of-house environment.
* Support the daily operations of our boutique.
Qualifications
* Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
* Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
* Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
* Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment.
* Experience in luxury retail, fashion, tailoring, or hospitality is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
