The chef's kitchen has blonde real wooden cabinets that include a pantry and new black pulls. The marbleized kitchen counter tops are complimented with a real Rojo Alicante marble mosaic backsplash. The kitchen features a stainless steel electric range, over the range microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is a disposal, coffee maker and toaster oven that are included in the appliance package. The kitchen includes stainless steel pots and pans, mid-century modern style flatware, white Mikasa porcelain dishes, wine glasses and handmade Mexican glassware. The bathroom has a raised vessel sink with a marbleized porcelain counter top. The bedroom features a long wall of California Closets. The custom made Santa Fe style blonde solid oak headboard compliments the queen size bed. A. Brandt Ranch Oak mid-century modern pieces are featured throughout the condo. The Reserve is known for the lovely atmosphere that is in a 12 acre or so mature tree forest. The community features a heated pool, hot tub, gym, laundry room, walking and hiking path, security gate and community room. It is a short 10 minutes to the Plaza and Railyard. The park and ride to Los Alamos Lab and the plaza is walking distance from the condo. There is a 90 day minimum stay with no maximum. All utilities, Wi Fi and cable T.
