Santafedrygoods.com is seeking a Web Sales Associate to join our team on the Santa Fe Plaza.
We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in fashion, thoughtful design, and exceptional client service. An appreciation for natural fibers, quality craftsmanship, and sustainable fashion is valued, along with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
This is a client-focused role. You'll spend your day helping customers by phone, email, and text, processing online orders, and making sure every package is prepared and shipped with care. Great communication, attention to detail, and a warm, helpful personality are essential.
What you'll do
Help clients by phone, email, and text
Process online orders, quality control, exchanges, and returns
Build lasting relationships with clients and help them develop a thoughtful wardrobe over time
Assist clients with sizing, fit, and styling, recommending pieces that complement their existing wardrobe
What We're Looking For
Retail or customer service experience
Friendly, confident phone and communication skills
Organized with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable using a computer and learning new software
Enjoys working as part of a team and contributes to a positive work environment
A genuine interest in women's fashion and providing thoughtful, personalized service
Appreciation for art, design, and handcrafted products
Luxury retail experience is helpful, but not required. We're happy to train the right person.
Pay & Benefits
Competitive hourly pay, based on experience
Commission opportunities
Typical annual earnings of $65,000 to $85,000
