Square Cabinetry is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Full-Time Warehouse Associate / Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our operational team in Santa Fe Springs, CA (conveniently located near I-5 & I-605).
Key Responsibilities:
Pick, check, package, and stage outgoing customer orders accurately for will-call pickups and daily freight shipments.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory shipments; systematically stock and organize merchandise onto warehouse racking.
Assist with container offloading, pallet stacking, wrapping, and staging inside the facility.
Conduct regular physical inventory cycle counts to ensure stock discrepancies are minimized.
Collaborate closely with front office and sales representatives to verify order fulfillment and resolve inventory questions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven hands-on warehouse, distribution center, or material handling experience is required.
Physical capability to lift, maneuver, and transport boxes/materials up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Forklift operating experience and/or valid forklift certification is a strong advantage.
High attention to detail, punctual attendance, and a solid collaborative work ethic.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation & Perks:
$19.00 – $23.00 / hour (Based on relevant experience and forklift skills)
Stable full-time daytime schedule
