Key Responsibilities:
Scan, tag, organize, and put away jewelry and components.
Maintain vault organization and accurate inventory records.
Create and maintain product documentation, reference photos, and Canva materials.
Support product listings and records in Shopify and QuickBooks.
Assist with website updates, product descriptions, collections, and digital asset organization.
Production & Inventory Support
Scan jewelry and components, create product documentation, and communicate product details by email
Allocate and prepare jewelry components into kits for production
Assist with quality control and finished product preparation
Create and organize product reference photos (“Baby Pics”) in the S: Drive
Assist with tagging, putting away, and merchandising products in the vault
Maintain vault organization and presentation standards
Use Canva to create and update product materials as needed
Shipping:
Assist with fulfillment as needed
Website & Inventory Support:
Support the website team by helping with the following -
Assist with uploading and maintain product listings across digital platforms including Shopify and Quickbooks
Manage product information and digital assets across internal systems and e-commerce platforms
Support website updates as needed - homepage, build collections, archive product as needed
Review and update product descriptions, tags, and metadata to ensure alignment with SEO best practice
Maintain keyword consistency across all product categories and collections
Audit and correct existing product descriptions for clarity, formatting, and brand voice
