Join the team at Back at the Ranch, a women-owned Santa Fe business specializing in handcrafted and custom cowboy boots since 1990. We're a small, close-knit team passionate about exceptional craftsmanship, personal customer service, and keeping the spirit of the American West alive.
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Part-Time Retail & Operations Associate to support both our in-store customers and the day-to-day operations behind the scenes. This is a hands-on role with a mix of customer service, sales, inventory, e-commerce, and production coordination.
What You'll Do
Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and assist with in-store sales
Help manage and track inventory
Update and maintain product and production information
Communicate with our factory and help track orders through production
Follow up with customers regarding orders, questions, and updates
Support day-to-day digital and e-commerce operations
Assist with other store operations as needed
What We're Looking For
Previous customer service experience
Retail or sales experience preferred
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
Friendly, dependable, and comfortable working on your feet
Enjoys working collaboratively on a small team
Experience with Shopify, Google Workspace, Lightspeed POS, data analytics, or reporting is a plus
Schedule & Details
Will consider Full-time 5 days
Part-time 2–3 days per week
Fridays and Saturdays required
Store hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:45 AM–5 PM
Some holiday availability required
Pay based on experience $25 plus bonus
