General Overview: The Landscape Maintenance member is responsible for executing skilled maintenance, care, and minor modifications on client properties under the guidance of the Landscape Maintenance Foreman. This role involves operating various lawn maintenance equipment and hand tools outdoors, across diverse weather conditions.

Requirements:
Self-motivated, flexible, detail-oriented, with good time management skills.
Punctual, dependable, and possess a positive attitude.
Mechanical aptitude and understanding of relevant tools, materials, and procedures.
Ability to work effectively with individuals of varying backgrounds and skill levels.
Physical demands include continuous movement, lifting, and operating machinery, with exposure to various environmental elements.
Ability to communicate effectively, withstand outdoor conditions, and work extended hours with little or no notice.

Education & License:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with a clean record (meeting insurance requirements).
Bi-lingual a plus.
