Selling my 2006 CAT 287B track skid steer loader (Multi Terrain Loader). This machine has been super solid for site grading, dirt moving, land clearing, and material handling, but we are shuffling equipment on active job sites and don't need this unit in our main rotation right now. It’s in fantastic shape with low original hours (meter reads just 1,850 hours). Features a full enclosed cab with working heat and A/C (note: front windshield has a crack, but holds glass fine/doesn't affect operation), brand new rubber tracks recently installed, auxiliary hydraulics for running attachments, hydraulic bucket quick release from inside the cab, work lights, and a heavy-duty General Purpose loader bucket. Powered by a strong-running 81 HP Caterpillar diesel engine that fires right up on the turn of the key, runs super clean, and pushes hard into heavy material.
