Welcome to your Santa Fe getaway! Tucked away in the peaceful Rosario Hill neighborhood, this unique mid-century modern home offers a quiet place to relax while keeping you close to the best of Santa Fe. You can enjoy the feeling of being surrounded by nature without giving up the convenience of being near downtown.
One of the things we love most about the location is how easy it is to explore the city. The Georgia O’Keeffe Museum, De Vargas Mall, and Fort Marcy Park are all about a 15-minute walk away. Fort Marcy is also a great place to experience the annual burning of Zozobra. There’s convenient parking nearby for the free shuttle to Santa Fe Ski Valley, making it easy to head up to the mountains without worrying about parking.
For additional adventures, Santa Fe Ski Valley, the Santa Fe Opera, and Buffalo Thunder Resort are all just a short drive away.
Comfortable Spaces for Everyone
The home has plenty of room for families and groups to spread out and enjoy themselves. Start the morning in the cozy breakfast nook, gather around the spacious dining table for dinner, or settle into the comfortable living room after a day of exploring.
There are three inviting bedrooms, including a primary suite with a king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third has two twin trundle beds—perfect for children or additional guests.
For a good night’s sleep, every bedroom is equipped with blackout window shades. Each room also has its own mini-split system, allowing everyone to adjust the temperature to their liking, while central heating keeps the entire home warm and comfortable on cooler Santa Fe nights.
A Kitchen Full of Character
The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy, whether you’re making a quick breakfast before heading out or enjoying a relaxed dinner at home. The kitchen blends modern conveniences with the home’s original character, including beautiful hand-tooled cabinets, Chaco-style masonry, hardwood floors, period tile, and distinctive gold-flaked vanities.
The home has a wonderful connection to the surrounding landscape. Set on approximately two-thirds of an acre, the property is surrounded by piñon, pine, and juniper trees, creating a peaceful and private setting that’s hard to find so close to town.
Relax, Unwind & Enjoy Santa Fe
Spend your mornings on the patio with a cup of coffee as the sun comes up, then head into town for museums, shopping, galleries, and great food. In the evening, fire up the grill, pour yourself a favorite drink, and watch the sunset while the trees and quiet surroundings provide the perfect backdrop.
Whether you’re traveling with family, bringing the grandparents along, enjoying a mountain getaway, or bringing your four-legged companion, this home offers a comfortable and memorable place to experience Santa Fe.
Come slow down, explore, and enjoy everything that makes Santa Fe so special. We’d love to have you stay!
